Neon Nights....

At the weekend I attended a friends 30th birthday party, and she'd themed it Neon, requiring me to find an outfit that glowed in the dark, without making me look too scary, as I am vain. Unfortunately I forgot my camera, so photos of my full ensemble are reliant on friends providing me with their photos, so hopefully some time shortly I will be able to show you the results of my first foray into T Shirt customisation where I turned a mens V neck white T Shirt into a fitted off the shoulder number. What I can show you now are my tights! All I could find in the shops were hideous plain bright pink neon colours, guaranteed to blind me and make my legs look like I'd suffered third degree burns. Either that or I found Halloween tights with cobwebs and witches on them. Then, with 4 days to go, Susie Bubble saved my life by introducing me to Love Colour, Love Tights.

I fell absolutely in love with a pair of Florescent green tights with a swirly print, but being the practical kind, and recognising that neon green was unlikely to become an integral part of my day to day wardrobe I went with these stripes, which were £5 cheaper. They're little thin stripes, kind of random, which I think is cooler than the normal stripy tights you find in the shops.
